To qualify you must be one of the following:

• A registered charity or welfare organization
• A registered NGO or veteran association
• A church or religious organization 
• A school or educational facility
• A company where more than 20% of the staff suffer from some form of disability
• A service club (Lions, Rotary etc) where the benefactors are people with disabilities or other persons who are less fortunate or who sponsor and support people that do assist those in need
• Any business that subsidizes people with disabilities or supplies equipment that they need at a reduced rate on a regular basis
• Any "non-commercial" shelter or rehab facility 
• Any group of people who give up their time freely in order to assist those who are in need 

Conditions:

• You must have a website for this service to have any value
• This donation is for our service to make your website more accessible to people with disabilities only
• Other services may be offered at our discretion
• This donation has no monetary value to any third party and may not be transferred or sold.
• This donation is for one domain name only and will include all subdomains only if they fall under the main domain name
• After a short while of using our free service we may ask you for a review of your experience using it (optional)
• You must be prepared to acknowledge our donation somewhere on your website and we may mention your organization on ours.
• You accept that your application might not be approved as there is a limit to the amount of time, man-hours, and hosting fees we can donate. This does not mean we do not appreciate the fine work that you do.
• The decision of our board is final and we might not respond to any correspondence after you have been advised
